Kawaki didn't destroy Naruto with the village.

It has to be said, so I'll do it. People claim Kawaki demolished the village under Naruto's watch, so that makes Naruto one of the worst kages in regards to it. But that's false. The village was destroyed under Boruto's watch and the 7th simply wasn't there. Going by the indications that the two are already battered(bruises/scratches), they were already fighting each other.

Now the actual reasoning of why the 7th was already gone. Boruto acknowledges it was the only possible outcome, and we've seen Naruto forgive people behind literal genocide and terrorist organizations. Boruto himself is a follower of this ideal to some extent and has forgiven both Kagura, Katasuke, and, potentially, Momoshiki too. If this was the only outcome, Kawaki had to already have solidified Boruto's assessment; Kawaki killed Naruto before destroying the village.
Either Naruto got no-diffed and could hardly harm Kawaki going by the bruises, or Boruto and Kawaki were just warming up after entering fresh(meaning Kawaki did not fight Naruto too recently).

Naruto couldn't go all out on him, since the fight possibly took place in the village. We all know any attack from Naruto got easily destroy the whole village.

The narratives gives off the indication that Naruto have vanished in the later half of the story which could mean one or two things. Either Naruto is truly dead based off Kaweki word and his role ended likely in the end of Part 1 or Naruto is trapped in the other realm and the direction the story is heading is a similar route to finding nemo.

In the anime version boruto and kawaki don't have bruises . They changed that. So your theory is wrong
