Cave Ryuchidou = Snake/ Dragon Sage Mode- Orochimaru, Kabuto
Shikkotsu Forest = the slugs live here - Tsunade and Sakura are related to them

It's just an assumption that you can actually learn sage mode there. It hasn't been proved yet.
I do believe slug sage mode exists but there is no proof... so. yeah.

The fact Kabuto said its a LEGENDARY place, just like the other two hints there is a slug sage mode. Don't be so pessimistic ^

well I hope we will see ssm so the manga will prove that the badasses I listed can still solo Tsunade (though it's already obvious)

We will find out if slug sage mode exists and IF we see Tsunade or someone using it.
