Since Utakata can't really be on the field if the Six Tails is active (Because he's the Six Tails' Jinchuuriki), it's really just Tsunade + Katsuyu vs. Six Tails.

In either case, Six Tails would destroy Katsuyu and then subject Tsunade to hours of tentacle rape.
