One sided as Katsuyu has no way of harming Sasori, her acid is not faster than a flying block of Satetsu that was sent straight by a punch from Sakura, something that Sasori dodged with no apparent difficulty.
The fact that Sasori can utilize flight through Satetsu makes Katsuyu's chances of beating him pretty slim.
It won't take long until Sasori covers the battlefield with his lethal poison gas, something that will either kill Katsuyu or force her to withdraw, which results in Sasori's victory.

Tsunade has a good shot at defeating Sasori (as do he). Katsuyu by herself doesn't stand a chance.

Sasori will not have trouble at all. There is nothing in Kats arsenal that can defeat Sasori.

Tsunade will not get close to Sasori easily. one scratch to Tsunade and eventually leads to her downfall.
