I'm going with the summons. Some K11 won't be of much use like Shino, Hinata, Tenten, Shikamaru (offensively) and probably Sai.
This leaves Ino, Kiba, Lee, Neji, Choji and Sakura with all the work and that's not enough.

They can't kill Manda, let alone Katsuyu. How can they win?

Only K11 that can really do anything are Choji, Kiba, and maybe Lee if he goes into gates.

I give it to Summons because of Katsuya healing abilities and the fact that none of the K11 can hurt her.
