She did not survive CST from dividing, she absorbed people and absorbed all the impacts. She is a physical tank.

All the power from Hirudora will go into ripping Katsuyu apart, Tsunade wont take any damage she cant heal from.

1-Jumping on top of person doesn't do a markble damage like that .She doesn't absorb impacts she simply uses her durability to tank it.and I already told you they didn't get the full damage.The markble damage on theor faces absolutely neggs the possibility of katsuyu absorbing damage.

The middle area with the hole is where the attack focused on,and no one was there in that area except for tsunade aand the other anbu ,most of those people that were showed with katsuyu after the attack were in places in where houses and building were destroyed and stuff were around them which is different from the terrain in the most effected area,The place where the attack directly hit was completely flatten so yeah.
