Well it all depends on how fast do you split the flames into three segments. You first release the flames in a form of a dragon and then you split it into three segments thus putting the clone in a hard situation. The clone only had seconds to think about how he was going to dodge my attack since there were three segments, all three going from a different direction.

I start to focus and i begin to gather my katon chakra. I start to charge my katon chakra into my hand and then i point at the clone. After that i begin to shoot small balls of compressed flames at the clone. The explosion gets the clone making it go poof!!

I guess it can be used to distract the enemy. The sound of the explosion can make the enemy get distracted.

Indeed, it can also be used to control your opponent movements by shooting where you don't want them to go, forcing them to go where you please... such as into a well placed trap maybe?

I start to focus and i begin to gather my katon chakra as i take out a lighter and i switch it on. I throw it on the ground in front of me an d i begin to channel a lot of katon chakra to make it much more powerful than the last technique. Once i have made the flame powerful i release the katon chakra in the form of a giant fire ball at the tree close to me. Burning the tree within seconds because of the power of the flames.

I exhale strongly through the ring formed by my index finger and thumb creating a Powerful fireball that i release at a couple of trees, burning them down in seconds.

I then begin to manipulate the katon chahra and i make hot as possible. I exhale strongly through the ring formed by my index finger and thumb creating a really hot and Powerful fireball that i release at a couple of trees, burning everything while traveling to the trees and it incinerates the trees.

Inhale a deep breathe of air as you infuse it with your katon chakra and perform the Horse → Tiger hand seals. Then exhale and shape the fire chakra into a large ball of fire that looks like a meteor, it should be large enough to block your vision of my clone. Make sure the meteor is solid enough so that when it hits my clone, it will carry him back a few meters before detonating in an impressive display of fire.

Describe the impact of the meteors size on the the outcome of his counter, if my clone where to counter that is.

Feeling accomplished for completing my last jutsu, i look at senpai with a serious face, while listening to his directions. Once i have comprehended his directions, i inhale a lot of air, infusing it with my katon chakra. I quickly perform the Horse → Tiger hand seals, i then exhale and use shape manipulation, creating a large and bright fire ball into the form of a meteor blocking my vision of the clone. Making sure that the meteor is complete and solid, i concentrate and i release it at the clone, traveling at a fast speed and burning some of the field. The meteor makes contact with clone pushing it a few meters back and then detonating making the clone go poof and i begin to enjoy the fire flying everywhere, like fireworks.

Well the down side of this jutsu is that it blocks your view. Meaning you can't see what's in front of you due to the large meteor.

Indeed it does, this reduces the time you have to react to your opponents counter, while also not being entirely sure if they have a clone ready to attack you.

Now you will want to find a way to jump high into the air, maybe use the environment to help you achieve this. Then you will release three large balls of fire, making them look the same as before, that will smash into the ground near my clone, erupting into geysers of flame.

No hand seals but the shape manipulation is pretty much the same as the last one.

I start to gather my wind chakra, once i have gathered enough, i release a powerful stream of wind at the ground to boost myself into air.

As i'm in the air, i quickly inhale a lot of air, infusing it with my katon chakra. I then exhale and use shape manipulation, creating three large and bright fire balls into the form of a meteor. I make sure that the three meteors are powerful enough and i release it at clones direction, smashing into the ground around the clone and erupting into geysers of flames.

Good, but try not to waste a jutsu slot as you would have by setting yourself up in this manor. You'll be able to free-form yourself into the correct position, maybe throwing explosive tagged kunais at your target so they can't interfere with you set-up.

Gather your katon chakra into your lungs, manipulating it so that you can release a cloud of ash from your mouth. Send this cloud to cover the area my clone is standing in, burning him on contact if you made the ash hot enough.

Make sure you keep enough of your chakra in the ash so that it can detonate as you click your teeth together.

Oh i see.

I start to gather my katon chakra in my lungs, as i begin to manipulate the form, releasing a cloud of ash from my mouth, making sure it has enough chakra, to cover the area where the clone is standing. Once the clones area is covered by the cloud, i click my teeth, inflaming and creating a violent explosion.

Good, now is the one huge risk one takes by using this jutsu?

Hmm... could it be that when the explosion happens, if i'm not careful enough it might be able to get me as well? Since it's a violent explosion meaning that the explosion is powerful enough to cover a lot of ground. So one really has to be careful when using this jutsu.
So is it? 0_0

Not really, think about what would happen if a wind jutsu were to blow it back on top of you? It would hurt a bit now wouldn't it? ^^
