Katon with Shinta O_o

I begin to gather my katon chakra. I then start to charge my fire chakra into my arms and as i'm doing that, i begin to swing my arms in a horizontal motion, in front of me. Releasing an arc of flame that hits the ground between us, then a wall of flame erupts!

Now, any combinations you can think of with this jutsu? (If you know wind I'm thinking of a really specific b-rank jutsu)

Also, point out to me the main disadvantage of this jutsu.

This jutsu can be combined with Wind release: Pressure Damage.

Well, wouldn't this jutsu block my vision? I would not be able to see what's my opponent doing.

O__O Maybe not pressure damage as you'd be caught in the fiery blast! I was thinking about Hurricane Fist, if you can see why! (If not just ask.)

Yes, it would block you vision but as with all jutsu that block your vision, it also blocks your opponents vision. Using this disadvantage to your advantage is where it counts in a battle.

Description: The user kneads fire chakra into their forearm and then by swinging their arm in a wave motion they release the fire chakra creating a line of fire that spreads out infront of the user acting as a defensive wall.

Now, take a sword from the stand over there. Then proceed to slash at my clone several times (describe each slash you deal) with the final one knocking him back a few steps. Then quickly jump up into the air and release a large fire ball from your mouth to strike my clone from above.

I would walk over to the stand and i grab a sword. I walk over to the clone and i get on my stand. I use the Kamiya Kasshin-ryū style.xd
I put my sword up, holding it with two hands and i pull it down,slashing the clone. I continue this motion multiple times. The final slash pulls the clone back a few steps. I then gather my katon chakra and i jump up into the air and i release a large fire ball from my mouth, striking the clone and making it go poof!.

U_U The Kasshin-ryū style's motto is the Sword that Protects, not the sword to beat people around and then blow fire on them.

Gather a large amount of katon chakra into your lungs as your perform the Rat → Dragon → Boar hand seals. Then breathe out a large, intense burst of flame to melt that large boulder over there.

What is you current training in the other elements if I may ask?

I get on my stand and i perform the Rat → Dragon → Boar hand seals, while gathering a large amount of katon chakra into my lungs. Then i look at the boulder and i release a large but intense burst of flame at boulder, melting it completely.

B-ranks Water with Howard (close to A-ranks) B-rank wind with Kiritsugu(also close to A-rank) C-rank Lightning and C-rank earth. both with Korra.

Good, so this is basically a useless jutsu unless you use it with 16 Pillar bind and Mudfall technique.

Gather a huge amount of chakra into you chest as you perform the Rat → Dog → Tiger hand seals, then release a small ball of fire at the ground in front of you, where it then erupts into a widely dispersed torrent of flames covering a huge are in front of you.

I begin to gather a huge amount of my katon chakra into my chest, as i perform the Rat → Dog → Tiger hand seals, Then i release a small ball of fire, yet you can see how deadly it is by it's brightness, erupting into a widely dispersed torrent of flames, covering a huge amount of ground in front of me.

(Katon: Zukokku) - Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Stomp on the ground before you, using you earth chakra to form a tunnel in front of you and under my opponent. Then gather your fire chakra and breathe an intense flame into it, melting the surrounding rock to form lava as you do. With a single hand seal, the Tiger hand seal, use your katon chakra to cause the pseudo-lave to erupt under my clone.

Dammit i need to learn Rasengan, as we are getting close to S-ranks.

I gather my doton chakra, and then i stomp into the ground, forming a tunnel in front of me and under the clone. I then gather my katon chakra and then i release an intense and powerful flame into it, melting the rocks forming lava. I then perform the Tiger hand seal and i use my katon chakra to cause the pseudo-lave to erupt under the clone. It goes Poof!

(Katon: Keshi Makuga Hara) - Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater

Create a line of fire in front of you, making it face my clone, then release a gust of wind to enhance the flame to send a massive inferno towards me!

Too late, i started Shadow clones and rasengan with Nagato.. but i'm going to ask him if we can continue with the rest of Ninjutsu.


I begin to gather my katon chakra, i then release fire from my mouth creating a line of fire in front of me and facing the clone. Then i start to gather my wind chakra and then i release wind from my mouth, i start to spin it, creating a gust, i send it to the line of fire, enhancing the flame, sending a massive inferno at you!

*Seeing the line of fire picked up by the wind and heading towards me, I react quickly by holding out my palm towards the oncoming inferno, releasing from it a spiralling torrent of water to douse the flames. A massive blanket of steam is left behind from the collision, I slowly walk through it, unharmed, to proceed with the next step of your training.*

Gather a huge amount of fire chakra, releasing it from you mouth in the form of a large fire ball. Keep the fire ball densely packed with fire so that when it impacts with my clone it erupts into a maelstrom of fire.

I begin to gather my katon chakra, once i have gathered enough, i release a large and bright fire ball from my mouth. I maintain the fire ball packed with fire, as it travels at the clones direction. The fire ball hits the clone, erupting into maelstrom of fire.

I'm always okay, there is not much you could do during training to hurt me. (Don't test this out )

(Katon: Gōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hellfire Technique

How would this be effective in a battle?

I start to gather my katon chakra, as i do that, i stomp into the ground, sending my chakra to it, causing three tall pillars of fire to erupt from the ground.


Well, this technique can be used to block weapons and some techniques, meaning that it can be used as a wall of defense.

Indeed it can also be used to trap an enemy in a triangle or strike a flying opponent tpp.

( Katon: Gōka Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique

Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

You'll need shadow clones for the next jutsu. Come back when you have them and I'll teach you this one.

Moving on;

Release from you mouth a massive amount of fire after performing the Tiger hand seal, forming it into a large ball of fire shaped like a dragon. Make the fire densely compressed as if it is a solid, with an intense heat that burns on the slightest of contact.

I gather my katon chakra, i then perform the Tiger hand seal. I then release a massive amount of fire from my mouth, i use shape manipulation, i shape it into a large ball of fire shaped like a dragon. I the fire densely compressed as if it is a solid, traveling to the clone and burning everything on it's way. It hits the clone and it goes poof

Since it is solid you won't be able to push through it like you would a wall of fire of stream of fire, yes?

How does this effect your counter to the 'solid' ball of fire?

If that makes no sense... yeah...
