I start out with focusing chakra in my lungs. When finnished with focusing I start with channeling chakra towards my mouth at the same time of doing so I super heat it up. When in my mouth,super heated chakra, just before releasing it I use nature manipulation to convert it into fire as well as shape manipulation yo convert it into stream. Because it is s a stream I start to release it from my mouth continuously towards your clone which is 3 meters from me. When finished with releasing and when streams hit your clone,your clone disappeared.

-Can be used up to mid range.
-Makes some damage,but nothing lethal.
-Unlike with fireball,you can't use any jutsu in period of releasing this from your mouth,because mouth will be occupied with releasing o_o"
-You can control direction of stream easier because you are going to be in control of it as long as it is releasing.

-I think that your counter is going to work. Although this is super heated up fire,water can easily cool it down and because you are liquefying yourself into water you are unable to take any direct damage as well as in this case cool down fire when fires come at you.

The fire would also evaporate a lot of the water, so watch out for that. If enough heat is applied, your opponent could just evaporate you completely.

Perform the required hand seals, and inhale air into your lungs. Release the heated air mixed with chakra through a ring made by your thumb and index finger. You should not convert the hot air to fire until it comes out of your mouth. Shape it into the form of a fireball, and launch it at my clone.

Now when finished with hand seals and heated up chakra focused in my lungs I inhale air,mixing it with heated chakra in lungs. When finished with mixing I channel it towards my mouth and just after releasing hot air I put my index finger and thumb of my right hand in circle like shape and "attach" them to my mouth and then I use nature manipulation to convert it into fire and shape manipulation to convert it into fire ball. While flying towards your clone,your clone creates a dome of earth in front of him,making my fire unable to hit him.

-This is medium speed technique,it does requires hand seals but the only thing you got to do after making hand seals is inhaling air and then exhaling fire with nature and shape manipulation just after exhaling.

-It needs 6 hand seals to be performed
-Usable only up to short range making you vulnerable for attack as well.
-Good to be used as camouflage to an up coming attack because fire ball is big.

-Your counter is going to work because you are creating a dome of earth in front of you.

As you throw it, manipulate the fire on the lighter into a wall of fire that you can use to protect you from small objects. If you have learned Hurricane Fist, release the wind after creating the fire wall, and blow fire wall forward. Burn my filthy clone.

Rings are trapping your clone making him unablre to move.

-So what I think is that if we are short range,like 2-3 meters from each other I do not think your counter is going to work because of hand seals needed. I don't think you can just assume what I am going to do. But if we are on a bigger distance it is going to work,you will have enough time to make hand seals.

-Can be used in 2 ways - as little rings sent on to the ground trapping my opponent or circle of fires that fly trough air.

I would say the counter would work, as it covers all directions around myself, so the fire wouldn't be able to touch me.

Heres a fun one. Throw a couple kunai with wires attached to the handles, and wrap the cord around my clone. After he has been trapped, perform the four hand seals and breathe fire down the cord to roast the top half of him alive. Catch him on fire, and disperse him.

As the fire is going throw the wire your clone condenses water vapour in the air and then he start generating water procejtils from the air that unable fire to burn.

-Counter is going to work,because vapouration as well as water projectils are going to cool down fire.

-It is medium speed attack - needs hand seals as well as wrapping your opponent with wire.

-Can be used up to mid range
-You can disable your opponent from useing any technique that needs hands.

I would say it's a slow technique because you first have to wrap your opponent up, successfully. Only then can you actually perform the technique. Anyway, have you learned, "Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet?" It is C-rank earth.
