When I exhale, the fire comes out of my mouth as a wide-spread wall of fire that is sailing towards your clone. I then silently command the fire to converge on the clone, consuming and annihilating it.

Now we add a little complexity to it. Not that complex per se, but needs a bit more advanced shape manipulation. Once you start to spew the stream of fire, use your will to shape it so that it assumes a ring form and fly towards my clone.

For Fire Release: Running Fire, what does it mean when it says the stream of fire can be created by stomping the ground (running across the ground in this case)? Also, with Fire Dragon Bullet and Flame of Disaster Fire Shine, can I use Wind Techniques to strengthen them?

It means you can release it from infront of your feet instead of the mouth. By stomping you foot and realeasing the fire chakra through the foot, you can manifest fire from infront of that foot that runs as a line of fire and when you deem it, it divides and forms a circle.
-you can strengthen all fire tech with wind.

Now we are going back to fireballs. These time they are much more stronger than before. Release fire from your mouth and quickly shape it into a small condensed ball of fire, shot at my clone.

I then breathe out, with the small ball of fire sailing towards your clone. When it hits the clone, the clone disperses.

Repeating the process, I infuse my fire chakra with the air I breathed in before. Superheating it, I prepare to exhale it. Imagining a bigger ball than the last one, I shape the fire into that form. Exhaling it, a huge ball of fire comes sailing out from my mouth.

Next imbue more chakra into your lungs and convert it to fire then using shape manipulation, spew several tongue shaped fire at my clone. btw, immediately you spew them, throw several shurikens the same amount to the fire tongues you spited. you throw them quickly so that they hide/conceal themselves in the fire.

Drawing in a large amount of air, I imbue the air with the fire chakra. Superheating it in my mouth, I then use shape manipulation to turn the air into individual tongue-shaped balls of fire as I spew them out. Then, I throw shuriken whose numbers equal that of the fire balls I spewed, that fly so quickly to the fire that they become concealed in the fire. Once the balls of fire makes contact with your clone, it vanishes into thin air.

Move to the next clone then as you approach him, jump up and imbue chakra into your lungs, superheat them and spew several small bullets of fire downwards towards him.

I run towards the clone quickly, but when I get close enough, I jump into the air. Breathing in air and infusing it with fire chakra, I then superheat it in my mouth. Using shape manipulation, I shape the fire into small balls. Spewing them, multiple balls of fire rain down on the clone, engulfing it in a huge blaze.

If I can control the fire balls in Phoenix Sage Fire, and they have shuriken within them, wouldn't that make Falling Fire Scatter a little bit obsolete?

And for Fire Whisp, is it just a small ball of fire that bursts into a larger flame upon making contact with the opponent?

I take a lighter out of my pocket and light it. Throwing it before me while it is still lit, I focus my fire-natured chakra into it, and the small flame ignites and expands into a huge wall of flame.

How can this be of advantage to you in battle?

Due to the wall of fire being large, it can be used to block any incoming attacks within the capabilities of the jutsu. What I mean by that is, it can protect from many attacks within its level of strength. It can also be used to block the opponents field of vision and can provide a good distraction while you prepare for other moves or strategies. It can also be used in combination with other jutsu to create more powerful attacks.

You will bring out 2 kunais, attached to it are long strings then toss it in a way that they wrap around my clone an pin themself to a tree thus binding my clone to the tree. Next you put the end of the strings on your mouth holding it with your teeth then make four handseals while kneading your fire chakra, superheat it and spew the fire along the cord making the cord serve as a medium of travel towards my clone. The fire would travel along the string and burn my clone's upper body.
