Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by
utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a
stream of fire that can be manipulated into several
forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a
circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the
target. It can also be used in combination with Wind
Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames,
or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the
Mountains to release a massive inferno. The stream
of fire can be created by stomping the ground
(running across the ground in this case) or by
spewing the flames (which will form an airborne ring
of flames that will travel towards the enemy.

Now after performing the Tiger Hand seal, the user subsequently gathers their Fire Chakra in the lungs and immediately releasing it as Fire Stream, fueling it continously.
As explain above, you can form a Ring of fire that would normally surround the opponent which'll also burn the opponent when (S)he tries to attack.
Also, Fire Chakra can manipulated and move towards the Legs. By doing this, the user vigorously stomp the ground sending chakra towards the ground and forming Fire potentially. When doing this the user also fuels their chakra repeatedly.
Wind technique can also be used in conjunction with this technique Unfortunately, it can only be done with a clone considering you can't switch techniques in the heat of battle.

( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

After weaving 4 handseals, you take out a cord or any object, but I'd suggest a thin one. Once you take out the cord and extend it, you'll gather Fire chakra in your lungs and exhale out a massive stream of fire aimed at the top of the cord. The fire runs in a linear arc, rushing forward, burning the opponents on contact. You can use this on multiple good conductors in a line, to make the fire spread well. Along with burning damage, these also cause impact damage, because they "hit" like a bullet, and can break and melt small rocks. However, in the manga, it was shown to be a normal stream of flame, running straight across the wire.

Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making the tiger hand seal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.

This was used by Sarutobi in the manga. He used it with Earth Dragon bullet to light the projectiles on fire. So, you weave the tiger handseal and exhale a wide stream of flames from your mouth, which travels pretty fast and as the technique states, it can be comboed with earth projectiles to turn them into lava, which if used right, can scald and cause major burns to the opponent. This is nothing but a standard stream of flames, and cause third degree burns. You can also throw weapons, and then exhale the fire stream to light them on fire, and make them deadlier at short range. Another interesting usage, which is very uncommon is to exhale this at the ground straight downwards, and push yourself up, due to the recoil force, and if you're only limited with fire and any other element, you can use this to get yourself out of sticky situations, albeit you can use any fire stream within logic to use them this way.

This technique basically requires Hand-seals specifically, Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger. After completely this, the user immediately brings out a cord any any Horizontal thin object. Once this is done, the user suddenly extend it and gathers their Fire chakra in the lungs, and exhale out an immense stream of fire aimed at beginning of cord.
The fire rushes through the cord Horizontally, burning the target upon immediate contact. The targets could also serve as conductors, whilst getting damage by the effect. The flames also assault the Enemy's upper body which is quite identical to a projectile weapon.

Once Again, hand seal is required specifically Tiger Handseal. The user exhale an extreme flame breath from their mouth, which travels quite fast. While doing this, the user swiftly combine it with a Earth technique transforming it into a Lava technique which would cause terrible burns to the target.
Weapons such as "Shuriken" can also be used in place of Earth technique, making them more deadlier than the former. Also, you can manuveur their movements and also hide the shurikens within the Fireballs as to make an unexpected surprise attack against your target.

Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.

Another canon technique. You weave some set of handseals, and then knead your Fire chakra in your lungs, exhaling it out from your mouth in the form of a stream of flames. You shape manipulate the stream to make it very thin. The stream travels with tremendous speed, and almost appears white in colour, due to the immense heat it possesses. It's not an exaggeration that it can easily melt the ground as it travels, almost forming lava, and can turn the opponent into mere ashes, as well as make him collapse due to the heat it possesses. It covers an expansive area, i.e. nearly the left, right, and frontal sides of the user, and in the manga it was shown to be in the form of a dragon, true to it's name. The more chakra you fuel to the flames, the whiter it becomes in color, meaning it's temperature increases with increasing chakra output.

See, for a KKG, you're not using Earth and Fire Releases at "once". What you're doing is, that you're gathering your Earth and Fire chakras and forming a new advanced chakra nature itself. Whereas, using a Earth-Fire combination is different, like for eg: a earth-fire combo, forming molten earth, almost Lava, but not lava itself.
Basically, every jutsu requires yin or yang, since Genjutsu is also technically Yin Release. So is Nara clan's Shadows. but Y/Y(Yin-Yang) in our RP, the custom Y/Y i.e. states that unless you get trained in it, you can't use two elemental jutsus at once.
It's different forming a earth-fire combo, and it's different forming a new advanced chakra nature, like Lava, altogether.
For one, you have "Lava" natured chakra, and for the other, you have Earth and Fire natured chakras used simultaneously. That is, you can use an Earth-Fire combo, but it takes two jutsu slots, i.e. you can form a loose slab of earth, and then after you finish forming the earth jutsu, you can melt it by using a fire jutsu.

Let's take a simple example:

Do you think you can form Wood Release by simply using Water and Earth simultaneously?
No. You can't. It would be different using a Earth-water combination to turn the earth wet or sticky or w/e, and a different thing to form an advanced chakra nature, like Wood.
