Oh cool lucky me! um ok i dont know much about fire so here goes.
Fire is a very dangerous element...well they all are but fire can spread in a matter of seconds so it can be used in very dangerous ways like burning forests and over heating things. One word that comes into my mind when i think of fire is intensity. Actually its not but it seemed like a good word to describe fire as the intense flames can cause lethal damage.
Fire is one of the 5 elements and is strong against wind and weak against water as it cools down the flames. Fire cana be used with other elements such as lightning and earth. You can also use fire to envelope objects or ninja tools to give them a burning effect.
One way of using fire is to manipulate the fire to block of ur traget from escaping and stranding them in the middle with no escape. Or you could just shoot out fire from your mouth destroying things in your way.

Fire's weakness is water because water can cool down the flames so sending a big amount of water at a fire will soon extinguish it. When the fire is cooled enough it wont have much heat and will disappear. so water smothers the fire and cools it down.
Fire is strong against wind because the wind fuels up the fire and because of this you can use a wind technique with a fire technique combining it to make it stronger.

*I focus me Katon chakra and then channel it towards my mouth, after doing so i release the doton chakra and shape it into several balls of fire which i direct at your clones giving them some burns*
Advantages and Disadvantages:
- I can shoot more than one fireball so its easier to hit multiple targets.
- No hand seals allowing me to use it instantly.
- It is only short range.
- Its pretty weak to it wont do much damage even if it hits.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu:
Use a jutsu to propel me into mid-range or create a wall of defense with a water jutsu.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting:
The fact that it has such a cool name yet it is only D-rank

What is the maximum amount of fireballs i can shoot?

As there isn't really stated a maximum, I'd say either 3 or 5. Do keep in mind that not all fireballs will be D-rank, together they will be D-rank and thus the lesser fireballs you actually create, the stronger each fireball is.

I take out two shuriken from my pocket and then throw them towards your clone and right after i throw them i channel my fire chakra to the shuriken surrounding it with fire which when hitting your clone adds mroe damage burning the part of your clones skin.
Advantages & Disadvantages.
Adds more damage because of the fire
Can cause the terrain to be in flames if u hit a tree it will eventually catch on fire and spread.
Fend off normal shuriken and continue.
Umm idk...
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
block the shuriken with an earth pillar rising it in front of me or under me to launch me away.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting.
Fire shuriken would look epic.

If i hit a tree with my shuriken it woud make a small fire and then spread eventually?
So the fire would cause my opponents body to be on fire?
And if the shuriken hits will it be able to cut my opponent if so how deep?

I'll answer your questions and then my sempai will take over your training.
It can cause burn damage to the tree, but the tree can only be truly set on fire by such a weak attack if the tree is really dry, or dead.
It will cause burn damage to your opponent, but not set them on fire.
It will cut slightly deeper than a normal shuriken for it is hotter and thus cuts through the skin easier.

Kirio, who had been watching the training from afar, moved from her location closer to the student. To be exact she moved directly behind the young student and spoke directly into his ear. "So your learning fire huh? This will be fun!" Moving around the student, looking at him from different angles, before stopping in front of him. "Now show me the last technique you learned and try and disperse my clone." Bringing her fingers together, she created the familiar hand sign of the Shadow Clone jutsu and created one clone, who upon being created, moved a short distance away from the original and faced the student.

Tidus, stood idle waiting for his new teacher to arrive, he didn't know who he/she was. He heard footsteps from behind him and the person spoke... "Yup im learning fire and man i hope this will be fun, ok the last technique, i can do that."
*I focus my fire chakra and channel it towards my lungs, i then create a circular shape use my thumb and index finger. After doing so, i release the fire chakra from my lungs which goes through the circle I made in as a fireball.*

Kirio watches your attempt for the justu, as she sees you form the ring with your fingers she thinks "Interesting, I hope he can follow through.". Continuing to watch, she nearly topples over when she sees a small burst of fire with no particular shape. Moving to her new student, she smacks him across the back of the head with her palm whilst crying out "Feel Pain!".
Crossing her arms, she goes into 'Strict-sempai-smacking-marathon-mode'. "The fireball will not just form by itself. You need to have a clear picture in your mind as to what it looks like and how it feels as you release it. You chakra manipulation and form was adequate enough but you need to be able to form its shape better. Allow me to demonstrate."
Kirio steps forward in front of Tidus. Gathering a small amount of fire chakra, she focuses it into her stomach, letting it build. Whilst this is happening, she brings her left hand up to her mouth and forms a circular ring with her index finger and thumb. She then manipulates the built up chakra to move up from her stomach, following her throat and imagining it in the form of a small fire ball. Having directed the chakra into her mouth, she inhales a breath and exhales, releasing the chakra and forming it into a replica of the fireball in her head, through the ring and towards her clone. The fire collides with the clone and causes an instantaneous 'poof', dissipating her clone.
She turns to Tidus "Do you have an idea now? You need to direct the chakra and control its form in order for it to be able to be used effectively." She creates one more clone, who then takes up the previous position. "Now try again."
