Tell me all you know about fire release, and mention it's weaknesses and strength against other basic elements.

Fire is one of the 5 basic cannon elements. It is preformed by the tiger hand seal and can take many different forms depending on how you mold your chakara.
Fire is strong against wind as wind makes fire bigger by combusting it.
Fire is weak against water as water puts it out.
Many Uchiha members use fire techniques such as sasuke, madara and itachi.
An example of a fire technique is fire style: fire ball jutsu and fire style: pheonix flower jutsu

Fire is weak to water not because water decreases the heat, it's weak to water because it's hard to break the Hydrogen and Oxygen bonds. and fire chakra nature is extremely hot in comparison with other elemental chakra.

-Relations:

• Wind - Fire mixes with the wind technique creating a wind/fire combination, the wind works on feeding the fire and making it more powerful, but that only works when fire and wind are shot from the same trajectory, meaning they are both heading at the same direction, when colliding from opposite directions the fire would be weakened by the wind technique not made more powerful by the wind, so it all depends on the direction, and also if a wind technique is shot after using a fire technique, the wind technique will increase the range of the fire technique even further, but if the fire technique is made before the wind, it won't be increased in range, fire is one rank more power than wind techniques.

• Water - As i said before the fire can raise the heat of the water technique when shot at the same direction, however it depends on the rank of the techniques, the fire technique has to be at least 2 ranks below the water technique in order to raise it's heat rather than causing it to evaporate, when a fire and water technique clash, a chakra infused steam emerges out of the clash of the two techniques, this steam can block Doujutsus from seeing past the steam as it has chakra in it, excluding the Byakugan ofcourse. water techniques are one rank more powerful than fire techniques, how it needs to be taken into account the size of the water technique, as massive amounts of water needs a gigantic size of fire that's both powerful than the water technique and has at least the same size or bigger, if the opponent or a person is burned by a fire technique, the water techniques can deliver a massive burning sensation to the opponent rather than just soaking him in water, effectively making the water techniques deliver massive damage.

• Lightning - Fire techniques mix with lightning making a Lightning/fire combination attacks when shot at the same direction, the reason to this is that the fire and lightning techniques are both yang based elements, however that's only when they are shot at the same direction, when they clash if the techniques are equal in rank and power they will both cancel each other out.

• Earth - Fire techniques doesn't really have any relations with earth based techniques, they don't mix with each other, however the most effective fire techniques against earth are the tangible fire techniques, which can push the earth technique and blow it away, or punch through it, an example to this would be the "Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire" technique which we will have later on.

Ok what i want you to do is pick up a leaf and put it in between your hands, trying to apply fire chakra into the leaf, when successful the leaf will be set on fire. when doing so imagine a fire burning, feeling imagining it's extreme heat.

*I relax and focus. I pick the leaves up between my hands and close my eyes and imagine them burning. I imagine the intense heat, the flow and colour of the fire and its power. While I'm imagining the fire I gather up my katon chakara and channel it to the palms of my hands. I then concentrate a lot and emit the katon chakara from my hands slowly letting it surge through the leaves and suddenly burst into flames.*

*I relax and focus. I pick the leaves up between my hands and close my eyes and imagine them burning. I imagine the intense heat, the flow and colour of the fire and its power. While I'm imagining the fire I gather up my katon chakara and channel it to the palms of my hands. I then concentrate a lot and emit the katon chakara from my hands slowly letting it surge through the leaves and suddenly burst into flames.*

Description: The user shoots balls of fire at the opponent.

This is a basic fire release technique in which you shoot balls of fire at your opponent, for this concentrate a decent amount of fire chakra into your lungs as you inhale air and release the inhaled air and fire chakra at once, and using shape manipulation to manipulate the fire's shape into multiple balls. try it on my clone.

*I face the clone 5 meters away and I concentrate. I channel my fire chakra into my lungs, then I a deep breath, inhaling air. I form a ring with my thumb and index finger. I Mix the air with the fire chakara creating fire. I then channel my chakara through the formed ring. As I do this I exhale fire through the chakara I channel through my fingers forming a ball of fire. I aim the fire balls at the clone and strike him causing him to take burns and disappear.*

*I face the clone 5 meters away and I concentrate. I channel my fire chakra into my lungs, then I a deep breath, inhaling air. I form a ring with my thumb and index finger. I Mix the air with the fire chakara creating fire. I then channel my chakara through the formed ring. Alright, can you tell me one of the ways to counter/evade this technique. and when it's used best.

Amm you could overpower it with a stronger fire attack of you could counter it with a water attack.

I dont really know whats the best way to use it but a good way to use it would be use it on several clones as there is several fire balls.
