Sorry for being late sensei I had cricket training.
I'll start off explaining fire realease?
Fire style or Katon is arguably the most destructive nature transformation. It as the power to burn everything in it's path leaving nothing but ash and death. As destructive as it can be it is also very useful, it can be used to cook, provide warmth and many other things.
The fire used to use Fire release comes from inside your body. Fire release is very powerful and the strength depends on how much chakra you put into it. It can also be used to cancel out other jutsu for defensive purposes.
The strongest Fire style user is said to be Madara Uchiha. The Uchiha clan is known world wide for their mastery in Fire style.
Fire is weak against Water style but strong against Wind Style.
Kekkei genkai's that use fire style are: Boil Release, Dust Release, Lava Release and Scorch release.

Wow dude, perfect explanation. But I would like to cover one thing aboutt he strength of fire before we continue. Dont think of wind and fire as adding more fuel to make a greater fire.
When a fire & wind technique of the same rank clash, the result is a weakened fire heading towards the enemy. When the ranked wind is greater than the fire it can overpower the flame and cause it to burn itself out in other words cancels out.
However, when a wind jutsu merge from behind it only add to both jutsus momentum, reinforcing each other. I can't think of a jutsu getting stronger as it clashes with another one and loses speed. I know Fire is the elemental weakness of wind, but we shouldn't see it as fire and fuel. Air is only good for fire in certain proportion, let's not forget that.
Now, meditate here in the sun for a bit while channeling your chakra. Become one with the environment and sulk in the blazing heat. Think only of fire.
Thanks Sempai. Just one question, when Wind and Fire clash and are the same rank what rank does the fire decrease to? eg. If both elements were rank A.
I go and sit out it an open area and concentrate on my chakra. With the sun beaming down on me I start to feel my chakra heating up around my chest and lungs. My breath becomes warm as well. After continuing this my chakra continues to warm my body as I breath in and out.

I'm a sensei, not a sempai xd
When a fire and a wind jutsu of the same rank (A for example) are shot by two shinobi facing each other, the result won't be a stronger fire jutsu continuing forward, but instead it'll be a weakened fire jutsu (one rank lower then it originally was). GMT -6

I want you to try and expel a small flame from your mouth unto these logs right here creating a small fire. Concentrate on inhaling molding your chakra with the air and releasing fire.
What's the difference between Sensei and Sempai?
I concentrate on my chakra manipulation. I mould my chakra in my lungs and convert it into Fire type chakra. Aiming at the logs in front of me I take a big breath through my nose and exhale a fire small fire ball onto the wood creating a fire.

Ok, I follow the same procedure as before but this time I concentrate on the air around me. I make my chakra warm just like when I was meditating and I also try to Infuse my chakra with the air around my lungs, neck and mouth. I take another deep breath I blow making a small fire ball/nothing and accomplish/fail lighting the wood on fire. How was that Sensei?

Right!Ok, I concentrate my chakra to my chest and lungs. While i'm doing this I heat the chakra up again, when my chakra is heated I infuse the chakra with air once again around my chest, neck and lungs by taking a big breath in. Now I exhale in short sharp bursts to create multiple small fire balls instead of just one. *There that should do it*

Throw several shuriken and then while theyre in mid air use your fire chakra to ignite them with fire as they are about to hit my clone.

I concentrate on my target and throw the 4 shuriken at your clone. While they're travelling at your clone I use the last jutsu I learnt to shoot 4 small fire balls to ignite the shuriken heading towards your clone.

xd you didnt have to use Flame blitz to ignite the shuriken. The jutsu I posted above does all of that in one. So you didnt need to use 2 techniques.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
Perform the handseals and then exhale a flammable gas from your mouth. You can ignite it with another fire jutsu, like how you did above. If it comes in contact with sparks it can ignite on its own.

I concentrate on my chakra and get it flowing into my lungs. I use the necessary hand signs to convert the chakra into a flammable gas. (Is that how it works?) I then exhale the gas from my mouth covering a wide area. Next I use

Yes thats how it works. The gas is like fuel bro, once its ignited once can it be ignited again? No. Once the gas is turned into a mass of fire it would be impossible to make another one unless you did the whole technique over again. You can also use a lighter to ignite the flames instead of wasting 1/3 moves

This needs no handseals but exhale a short flame at my clone so hot that he can collapse due to the immense heat.

Right! I concentrate my chakra into my chest and lung area. I take a few seconds to Warm my chakra up so it's hot. I then use more chakra and manipulate it to my neck and mouth, this is so when I exhale it's even hotter. I then take a breath in creating the fire inside my chest area then I exhale and with the chakra in my throat and mouth area the temperature is increases. The fire stream then surrounds your clone.

Now i want you to form these handseals *Shows you the seals* and then exhale several jets of fire, or small fireballs, or whatever you want to call them really. The rings will then form a circle of fire around the target. Or you could just spit a ring of fire, both solutions work, really.

Sensei you description doesn't sound like the jutsu. Oh well.
I concentrate on my chakra control and forms the necessary handseals.I heat up my chakra around the mouth, throat and chest area. I aim at your clone and exhale a ring of fire. This traps your clone and it can't move anywhere because of the fire.

Now throw the flame in mid air and manipulate your fire chakra to expand the flame into a wall of fire.
Haha, I was reading it and was like WTF is my sensei smoking lol xd. Is what I just described even a jutsu?
I open the lid on the lighter and ignite the flame. I shut my eyes concentrating on the flame and manipulating my chakra. Once I have enough chakra I toss the lighter into the air. I then use the chakra that I gathered and make it connect with the flame on the lighter. By adding a little more chakra the fire grows. Finally by adding a significant amount of chakra the flame turns into a wall made of fire.
