Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

I notice your clone and I start by concentrating chakra in my stomach and I the push it into my lungs.Then by using nautre manipulation I change it into fire-chakra, I then perform the Rat>Tiger>Dog>Ox>Rabbit>Tiger hand seals and I focus the chakra out of my mouth. and by using shape manipulation the flames form into small balls of fire. I simultaneously grab 6 shuriken out of my back pouch. As I do this I am also spitting out my fire-chakra and the moment it leaves my mouth I use both nature and shape manipulation to change it into a volley of fireballs, I also leave a small concentrated part of my chakra in the fire so that they can be controlled. As I spit out the fire I throw each shuriken into an individual fireball. As they near your clone I use my chakra to control their movements, I make them move in a random manner which makes them harder to dodge before them hit your clone, burning and making him disperse.

- Requires 6 hand seals
- Its short range

3. It has a medium speed of use because it requires 6 hand seals.

(Doton: Iwa no Hogo) - Earth Release: Earth Shelter Technique

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

How would this technique fare as a counter for your last learned jutsu?

It would be a good counter because of it's rank and because it can block incoming projectiles from any direction if it's fully closed up by the user.

Alright, for these two techniques, I wanna do something different, find me a technique for each one of these fire techniques that can be used for both a counter as well as counter attack, meaning with this one technique find another technique that can defend this attack and continue towards the opponent to attack at the same time.

Then also find me a technique that can be used to evade both of these techniques.

For the first jutsu I could use Fire Release: Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball because of its size and range. My technique would take the enemies fire technique in and use to it become larger in size and cause more damage on my enemy.

As for the 2nd jutsu I could use Water Style: Destruction Torrent to block the series of small fire shots that rain down on my and then attack my enemy with the vortex.

I could use Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex to block both techniques.

@Bold, that is incorrect, with two techniques of the same element colliding, it would almost be like a your chakra vs. His chakra, because naturally Fire would be neutral to fire, right? So when the two collides the One that is B Rank would obviously overpower the C Rank but it would also lose power from battling with the C Rank, then it would continue towards your opponent in a weaker state, in this case the B Rank would become C Rank, had it been an S Rank it would become an A Rank, hope I made sense

"Perform the required hand seals while gathering your fire chakra, then proceed to release the chakra and transform it into blazing flames that you release as a thin and fast jet of flames, that would spread across the ground and run towards your target, this technique could melt the ground on itd way to the target and would easily turn him/her to ash should they take a hit from it, go ahead and turn my clone to ash."

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Is this great C - Rank water technique able to counter both of those fire techniques or not? And why?

I think that it depends on the quantity of rain that fallls down, this technique COULD counter the fire technique if it the user would specify the quantity when its used. I asked my Sempai for Suiton and he said

Technically it could put out a small fireball (B-Rank) but then you could go in to a whole discussion about size and the amount of rain that is falling down etc. It's better not to use it to put out fire, imo.

So, my conclusion would be: if the user specifies the amount of rain that is falling, then it can counter those 2 fire techniques.

I found this one a really tricky one to be honost. I'm still not sure....

I don't know who your senpai is that told you that, but I would have to disagree, this technique can't be used for offensive and defensive purposes at all, its a supplementary technique used for sensing or used to perform Rain techniques, and that's about it, don't attempt to use this technique to counter fire techniques, first of all it requires a lot of hand seals to perform and rain starts off slowly at first before it storms, by the time you get the required amount of rain to put out a B Ranked fire technique, the fire technique would have hit you already.

Performing it:

I first concentrate my Katon chakra and I begin to build it up in both of my hands by channeling more chakra from my gut. I quickly build up this chakra until I feel that I've amassed a sufficient amount. I then simultaneously focus the chakra while I expel the chakra from my right hand, using nature manipulation to change it to a form of explosive fire. I then quickly follow this up by doing the same from my left hand, they both travel very quickly towards your clone, exploding on contact with him

2.
Advantages:
- No hand seals
- Cause fierce explosions on impact
- Multiple fire shots
- Can be thrown in rapid succession

Disadvantages:
- Can only be used in Mid-range situations
- Can't set the enemy on fire

3.
It has a fast speed of use because it doesn't require any hand seal or any intermedian.

It wouldn't be a wise choise to use this technique to counter Exploding Flame Shots, first of all because of the rank and secondly because the Exploding Flame Shots explode on impact. And because explosions happen over a wider area than a shield it would be useless.

Performing it:
I begin by concentrating my Katon chakra and I then start to feed it into my lungs from my gut, building up the superheated chakra. I quickly amass a sufficient amount for this technique I then focus the chakra out of my mouth, spitting the entire mass of chakra out. As soon as it has left my mouth I use nature manipulation to change the chakra to super hot fire. Once the fire is formed I then use shape manipulation to control the shape of the fire, I manipulate into a large, superheated fireball. It hits your clone straight on and makes him disperse.

2.
Advantages:
- Bigger version of Fire Release: Great Fireball technique
- Big fire ball, makes it harder to dodge when in close range situation
- Doesn't require hand seals

Disadvantages:
- Its short range
- You gotta watch out that you don't get burned since its so huge and close to the face

3. It has a fast speed of use because it doesn't require hand seals or an intermedian.
