Granted we don't know if he directly fights KK but the fact he's standing against him is enough for now

Completely agree. Katasuke is probably one of the most annoying characters to be featured in a Shonen.

Katasuke's death will be beneficial to the series:

- Everything will get more interesting since it's been horribly boring
- Sumire and the Inuzuka girl will benefit from it, taking over the scientifc department, they are way more interesting characters
- Boruto's seal/Jougan might appear if he dies
- Sarada upgrades her Sharingan if he dies
- Fanbase will be happy with his death

Katasuke needs to die ASAP for the sake of the Boruto series. :bdpf:

Honestly, IDGAF if he's a good character or not - or if he's annoying or not. Hell, he could be the best character ever and I still would want him to die. Characters die, and the Boruto series needs someone to die for it to get interesting. He's the perfect choice.

You want the wrong character to die, Boruto needs to go so we can have true progress focus on others. It's unfortunate it wont happen although I see Hinata and Hima serving as sacrificial lambs for him to go rogue. However who knows Kodachi may realise the error of his ways.
