Katana for weird reasons

Im Training Iiaido that means i will buy a Katana later when im skilled enough but iwatched some Videos of Fans most of them Weeabos who buy a Katana just to be like the swords men in Anime but they cannot even use it i mean if they buy it but Train IIaido its fine because they will be able to use it

Because i follow the traitional way of Iiaido fighters and so on i cannot stand it when People get a Katana but dont Train
Ok if you are trained and skilled enough you can use it in Training but even if the Person doesnt like to use it they can possees it since they know how to use it as for me i will learn it so later i would have the right for it but someone who just buys it for show and acting like a cool popular Person dont deserve in my opinion to posess it

In my opinion only People who Train swordsmanship deserve to wield a Katanan later

I have a 6 sword collection but i never use them because i either have no teacher to train me more about them or someone to practice with so i just collect them. However, I am a Otaku but that doesn't mean i collect them because i like to be a show off to my other otaku friends saying stuff like ''oh look at me, look how cool i am.'' Personally i have never met someone like that and i am not like that either. I do, however have other friends that strictly collect them as well. I am just a bit more open to suggestions with my collection though. I would be willing to learn more of such things but i mean perhaps the other half of me is asking my other half, ''What's the point?'' Because i also know how irrelevant swords and such are in the modern world. If lets say i had a gun and you had a sword who do you think would win? The gun obviously because the bullet travels as fast as sound and your sword swing CANNOT possibly travel as fast unless your superman or something.

However, I do think it would be cool to practice in the art and maybe have some fun with the friends over the weekends with practices but at the same time i do think it is irrelevant. Now-a-days we have tanks and we have flying aircrafts, we even have drones and closing in on hover boards and cars and androids in the near future so with every day and every second swords and things of the same category is slowly decreasing in popularity and relevance. Now, Swords and such things is merely a cool thing to have and even if you have training in such thing the only reason to train in such thing is to have fun.

Also just a side note, if you hate Otaku's and weaboos so much then why are you on this site? This site is for anime lovers to gather and communicate with one another. Heck, You even have a avi and sigi dedicated to a anime and your here judging them, if anything you shouldn't judge your own kind and your own community. We should all be kind and learn to get along with one another because we all have the same interest and we all love writing of course if your on this forum roleplay. By assaulting us in such a way makes you seem ignorant, no offense. Because by doing so means that your also judging your own self with the same intention.
