no it didn't, it loosened when minato sealed him inside himself.

That miniscule chakra was still enough to do what was done.

Minato's idea was good. It was Kurama's attempted murder that soured the situation. Not to mention karura had gaara become a jinchuriki as well.

Both gave the ultimate sacrifice for their children though and continued to protect them even after death.

Mikoto just died and proceeded to have nothing else to do with anything.

No, she didn't really allow it and actually voiced her opinion against it. She basically conceded in the end when they had already been stabbed by Kurama and Minato had already set up the seal (so what she had to say no longer mattered).

Mikoto supported a coup when negotiation was available- this put her son's live in jeopardy and contributed to them becoming nukenins. She also had no qualms with Fugaku gradually pushing Itachi to be desensitized as a shinobi, thinking it was a normal thing as long as their son would be a good tool to the clan. That's disgusting, the only mother who's worse is probably Kaguya with her "son obsession". Or no, perhaps Mikoto is the worst mom as she was totally apathetic to her elder child's plight (until her death, like her husband- where they decided to act like parents for the first time but this was because they had to... the clan was gone so there was nothing else to do) and let things go down a dark path, even furthering the mess.

ot: Karura is the bomb. Most loving mom by far, followed by Kushina. With the best mother who actually got to raise their child probably being Yoshino (Shikamaru's mom), as strict as she may be.
