maybe half of yan is sealed and half of yin i sealed and kyuubi recovered it later just like ninjas recovers their chakra

And my point is that all the other bijuus have the same transformations. Then Naruto changes the seal and gets
this new form instead. Look at the pain invasion, Naruto's 8-tailed state was Kurama without the fur and 9th tail. If he only had yang chakra or whatever then the transformations should have been different from the other bijuu.

But maybe it's just another plot hole.

I wrote a similar thread to this. I think the kuubi may have Yin chakra now. But I doubt he got it from taking narutos chakra. I think he has it now through the meditation he is currently doing. I think if kuubi had yin chakra, when the merged kuubi would have had flesh (like all other bijuu when they transform) instead of that big ass chakra shroud he had while fighting 5 tailed beasts and Madara.

Minato only temporarily sealed kuramas chakra so that it would not be too much for baby naruto, but it is common knowledge that as long as kurama has a chakra system he can replenish his chakra at a later time. And about the yin and yang chakra thing, a 4 tailed naruto has performed and executed a tailed beast bomb which requires both types of chakra which means that kurama has already replenished his chakra as I stated above.
