『Background Information』

History:



Karna was said to be nothing but a traveler. A traveler obsess with gaining knowledge and further expanding his power. He holds no alliance to any clan or group of shinobi. It is uncertain what clan he came from or his land of birth. He apparently killed off all his fellow shinobi class that knew of his heritage. For the sole purpose of not having the memories of his past to hold him back on his various goals.


He doesn’t seem to have any sort of interest in Ryo, instead he steals jutsu scrolls for his ever expanding knowledge and vanish without a trace. Many have tried in hunting him down to interrogate him but all were unsuccessful.

Base 5 Mastery: Karna has equal full mastery of all of the 5 chakra natures. He has no specific elemental specialty, being able to use all elemental chakras with increased speed with the same ease. Karna is also able to choose one Elemental Nature to use per event where he can perform that element without hand seals. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.​

Description:​
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.​


Weapons & Seals: Karna also carries a variety of weapons in his pouch and others that are strap to his waist. Several kunais, shurikens, flash bombs, smoke bombs and explosive tags are in the pouches. He also has a small gas mask that he can place around his face to breathe inside regular smoke. Also, he has these goggles strap on to his forehead that can easily be pulled down or with a quick a nod of his head he can make it fall down to cover his eyes from bright lights. Strap in an ‘X’ like fashion across his back are two medium size swords and one long sword strap to the side of his waist. Karna has 10 rings on his fingers. The material of the rings are different for each, ranging from hard ones such as steel to flexible ones such as Rubber. He mainly has these rings so that he can use his Samu no Ougonjutsu technique perfectly with. During the course of medical ninjutsu training, Karna learn more about the human body and different things. He also carried with him several pills he created for the course of fights. He was also smart enough to remove 4 of his molar tooth to place a pill capsule there so he could consume the stored medical pills (soldier pills) without moving or alerting the opponent of his action.
He also bares several markings on his body that some people belive it to be tattoos but it is actually fuuinjutsu marks. From his wrist, to his chest, legs and mouth etc are covered with various sealing techniques for battle and other purposes. Using his Fuuinjutsu knowledge he forged the sealing script for the Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu on the armor piece of his chest so that he may activate it quicker. He has a seal with the Kanji for "Guard" on his upper arm, a Kanji with the seal for "Eternal", another with the Kanji for "Regain" on his right shoulder, and another with the Kanji Impervious on his body. On a part of his armor is a talisman for his Ken'o technique, while on the wrist band of his clothing is the seal for a very special technique of his. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. The seal on the wrist band has the script Horseman of Pestilence applied to it (Via Shi Kishu no Keiji). Over the years of roaming the Ninja World Karna stumble upon many energy users and so the wrist band registered all. It glows purple for Keigoku, Green for Natural energy, White for spiritual energy and so on. On his chest is a general, sealing-assisted execution of the hard style martial arts exercise known as the ‘Iron Shirt seal. This seal (Hagane Hie no Ikkō) helps his already sturdy body's defense. All of his seals are infused with earth chakra to reinforce them and make them sturdier (via Scripture of the Templars)


(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.

[Fuuinjutsu: Boukun no Ryoudo] – Sealing Technique: Tyrant’s Dominion

Description: The user will have a seal on their body that can be activated whenever they use a technique that sends chakra through or into the ground. Upon activation, the seal will pump extra chakra into the technique and thereby extend it’s range by one (e.g. short-range techniques will be able to reach mid-range and mid-range techniques will be able to reach long-range). The chakra used for this technique will be added to the cost of the jutsu that preceded this. This technique counts as a move but occurs in the same timeframe as the technique it's applied to.

[Fuuinjutsu: Sukuripucha Shussekenteki Kishi] - Sealing Technique: Scripture of the Templars

Description: This is a passive ability that is applied to all of the user's seals that are always active or lie dormant on the user's body prior to a battle (essentially seals stated in one's biography). The sealing script of the Fuuinjutsu seals will be infused with one of the basic five elemental chakras to reinforce, strengthen and enhance them so to make their destruction or corruption more difficult. The seals will now respect elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will possess the strength of the chosen element up to their own rank. They will also be infused with 15 more chakra than normal and this chakra cost will be expended whenever the seals triggered or are activated. This technique doesn't make Fuuinjutsu techniques stronger or enhance them in any way, it simply makes the seals on the user's body/clothes/person harder to tamper with or destroy. If the seal's rank is boosted on activation, the strength of the sealing script will now reflect it's new rank.


Alternatively, this technique can be passively applied to seals created in battle rather than those already placed on the user's biography. By infusing one of the five basic elemental chakras into the seal, the user can enhance and fortify the sealing script in the same way as the seals applied to the user's bio. It will now follow elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will possess the power of it up to it's own rank. The seal will also be infused with 15 more chakra than normal, which is the cost of applying this jutsu to this technique. This technique doesn't make Fuuinjutsu techniques stronger or enhance them in any way, it simply makes the created seal(s) harder to tamper with or destroy.


In regards to being tampered with it or cancelled, both variants follow the elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will require non-elemental techniques (Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, etc) one rank higher than the seal in question for it to be successfully corrupted (e.g. S-Rank Fuuinjutsu required to tamper with an A-Rank elemental seal).

(Fūinjutsu: Maiyā no bando) - Sealing Arts: Mayer's Band

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

Fuuinjutsu: Enjo) - Sealing Arts: Aid
Type: Supplementary

Description: This seal can either manually be placed on the user, or whenever the user is placed in a position where they are restricted in their elemental usage, it will "bleed" out and reveal itself. The seal is written in Kanji form (援) and is titled "Aid". The seal will act as a systematic tunnel within the depths of the users main chakra source, funneling out chakra to be used on behalf of the user, through the seal as its medium. This allows for the seal to act on its own accord, but also on behalf of the users will, as it is obviously controlled by him. The seal can than be used to release attacks, defenses, or supplementary techniques in other elemental forms, which in specialized cases, would not be allowed with the seal. E.g. Hardening technique armor is generally known in restricting the user to only using earth techniques. The seal plays a role in revealing itself on the surface of the armor, while still having a consistent connection to the users chakra reservoir (hence the +10 chakra points expense). With this seal, in connection with the users direct chakra, and not interacting with the interference of the earth armor, the user can perform jutsus of other elements, with the seal becoming its main medium. The main difference is, jutsus that originate from the body, will be released via the seal (projectiles and streaming) but jutsus that appear out of thin air, the ground, or sky, will be released normally. Moreover, the seal will act as a separate entity, but the chakra will still be of the users, so elemental combinations can still be complete, insofar as it is not a dangerous combination within close proximity of the user, that might logically jeopardize their life (e.g. performing a ash based technique, while wearing a lightning armor; risk being an explosion due to their reactive nature). But as long as it is performed and done within logical grounds, the user will relatively not have to worry about such predicaments.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. Technique can be performed 2 times, and lasts as long as the restriction is placed on the user, via the other supposed technique. The user may be able to perform forbidden ranked techniques, but this will automatically destroy the seal upon using it. Cannot be used in consecutive turns, every two usages. This technique does not enable the user to perform two separate techniques at once.

Fuuinjutsu/Lightning: Kensaku] - Sealing/Lightning Arts: Regain

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body labeled "regain" in kanji form (索). Essentially, whenever foreign lightning jutsus are being used, from the seal, a large scale barrier will immediately erect short range around the user at a fast pace. But, it does not provide any damage whatsoever, this is why its passive and instant in activation, although it can be perform in the same timeframe as another jutsu it still count as a move per turn from the user. It's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the full dome shape barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body and will increase by 1 rank due to a veil of electricity covering it. This jutsu being increase doesnt have to be soley from the basic 5. It can be used with KG/CE alike aslong as it is within logic and stems from the user's body or at least short range of them for the electricity to aid the jutsu. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. Armors or lightning jutsus that enhance the opponent's speed will literally be ripped from their body and be used for the users purpose as stated.

(Fūinjutsu: Jō Kōken) – Sealing Technique: Imperial Guardian

Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "ガ" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user.

Note: Can only be trigger twice per battle.

(Kusanagi no Tsurugi) Grass-Mowing Sword

Description: The Kusanagi Sword of Legend was the legendary sword of Orochimaru. Taking the form of a double-edged jian, Orochimaru retrieves his Kusanagi by opening his mouth and extending a snake which then opens its mouth and produces the sword, either with the sword handle first so he could use it freely, or blade first to attack his opponent instantly. The sword can quickly extend and retract its blade to attack from long distances and cut through almost anything of A rank and below. The retraction and extending ability is so fast that upon impact it can produce an S-Rank damage. The sword is indestructible.

Note: extending and retracting the sword counts as a move and spends 40 chakra per use

Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns

Description: As its name suggests, this tool is worn on the forearm. After choosing one Ninjutsu to seal within the scroll, the user seals it within the seal after using it or having another person utilize it. The user initiates one of their techniques before sealing them into a scroll. The scroll is then shrunken to pill-size and is put inside the Kote. Afterwards, they can release the scroll and use the sealed technique. To use some elemental technique, the user apparently needs to form the corresponding seal first. Because using the Kote doesn't require chakra, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing normally chakra-taxing techniques while saving their chakra or continuing to use techniques when low on chakra, thereby keeping the user rested and less-likely to endure exhaustion; it can even be used by a non-ninja person.

Note: Genin to S-Jounin Ninja can seal up to Forbidden ranked Ninjutsu techniques, which must be noted within the bio. S-class and Sannin can seal up to S ranks and Kage and up ninja can only seal A ranks and below within a Kote.

Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.

(Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.

Deva Path ( Tendō )

It represents control over Heaven and Earth; the power of Gods. Gods exert absolute control over the forces around them. In more practical terms it allows one to manipulate both attractive and repulsive forces as well as gravity forces.


The Asura Path ( Shuradō )

It represents control over ones Body; its the power of a Demi-God. Demi-Gods exert control over their own existence through their imagination. It pertains to the control ones Imagination can apply to Oneself. In a more practical term, it grants the user mechanised limbs, weaponry and armour; the ability to change their body to suit ones needs.


The Human Path ( Ningendō )

It represents control over the Human Soul; its the power of Humans. Humans greatest asset is their soul, which represents their unique and undeniable identity. Its that same Soul that gives humans their resilience and their life. In reality, this path gives the ability to remove a soul, to manipulate ones soul or even to read a person's mind.


The Animal Path ( Chikushōdō )

It represents control over the Animal condition. Animals are, together with humans, the only other set of sentien beings in the world but embody the primal instincts of life. In essence it allows the user to summon a wide variety of powerful creatures. These creatures however, appear to be, in one way or the other, different from normal creatures existing in nature. Their origin is unknown and it has been hinted that they might be creations made with the Animal Path itself. The Animal Path also allows an increased mastery over the summoning technique to a degree that one may not even need more than one handseal or a blood sacrifice and even be able to summon other people.


The Preta Path ( Gakidō )

It represents control over the Insatiable Hunger. Insatiable Hunger is the feeling inside every being to achieve more; the hunger to consume to grow. In reality, it pertains to the ability or abilities that will allow the user to absorb all forms of chakra, including ninjutsu all together, and use that energy to himself.


The Naraka Path ( Jigokudō )

It represents the connection to the Underworld of Torment; the realm of the afterlife. Through this path one can summon and control the King of Hell and access its abilities to regenerate others or to exert judgment over one's actions.


The Outer Path ( Gedō )

It represents divine control over destiny; control over death, the certain destiny of everyone. Through this path, the user can access the King of Hell and through it revive those who died.


Miscellaneous:


Karna is a noted chakra sensor and has abnormally high chakra reserves, gaining an extra 300 chakra in his own body. Due to capturing a Nagato vessel for himself, an additional 750 chakra points has been added to his base chakra level. His rinnegan also grants him Complete immunity to Visual Genjutsu.


Access to the Six Paths as well as the Seventh Path the Outer Path


The user can make use of chakra rods to transmit his chakra and manifest the rinnegan (while sharing its field of vision) in summons or Edo Tensei summons. However, this can only be done by summons created for the animal path and Edo Tensei summons, not custom contracts summons. Karna placed several of these rods in Snake (Edo summon).


Karna is able to utilize Soften Body Modification limitedly, able to stretch his neck and torso when in use.


Karna's most defining trait is his affinity to snakes, an affinity that extends to him being a Signer of the Snake Contract and capable of summoning Manda as well as utilize several snake jutsu
