Is it just me or did Karin have a decent backstory for a side character? If she wasn't stuck without a single usable offensive jutsu and a seriously questionable thirst for sasuke she would of made a fine kunoichi in the nv imo, thoughts?

Kinda is I guess but yeah they could of done more.

I liked how she tricked the guards while she was locked up by pretending to be obsessed with a picture of Sasuke. That showed she could control her obsession and get serious when it was needed.:lol I do believe she is another case of wasted potential. She looked great in the Gaiden and it seems she is hard at work in Oro's lair. Hopefully we'll see more of her in the Boruto anime.

She does have some dangerous chakra chains, doesn't she? Didn't really use them before the War Arc so I'm now sure how they actually work or if she could use them before that.

Her Sasuke thirst is problematic like you said. Easily worse than Sakura's IMO.

She has her moments, definitely had the potential to be more, im sure we'll see her again in the anime

The chakra chains are op but she doesn't seem to be able to use them at will(at least from what we've seen) she's also a good sensor,
It was a shame they didn't really give her anything else to fight with

It wasn't bad. i like that she went from being cruelly forced to being bitten by everyone, to doing it out of choice to heal her comrades and Sasuke.

What's questionable about her thirst for Sasuke females thirst for the Uchiha D.
OT. Yes she had massive potential to become a female character or somebody with her skillset. Aesthetically she's an eyesore but other than that she had a lot going for her.
