People are actually debating this... I know chakra chains can't bring down Sakura. She is not big and she can dodge the big gaps between them, she tanks them as well. The chapter isn't even a day old and you guys are already tossing karin around, oh dear. =/

The same way Sakura punches Naruto with all her might, without killing him and without him reacting or countering her, Karin smashes Suiguetsu's face. Is it that hard to understand? Seriously!
This doesn't mean Sakura is faster than Naruto or Karin is faster than Suigetsu.

The AoE of Sakura's punch is 105 meters in each directions. Its range was enough to fodderize more then 30 mini Juubi. Obviously the shockwaves aren't enough to kill someone like Karin, but it would still damage her. And until she bites her hand, Sakura can easily blitz and kill her.
A full powered punch would completely pulverize Karin. She can't regenerate if she is turned into paste.
