This is really a battle of the Sensor, and which's special abilities support their team better. Karin Uzumaki's Picture Perfect Mind's Eye of the Kagura, or Ino Yamanaka's Mind Transfer Jutsu.

Location: Turtle Island
Distance: Completely on Different Sides of the Island
Condition: There are Two White Zetsu's at the disposal of Each Team. They Cannot Clone or Spore, and they completely obey Karin and Ino. Karin cannot use her Chakra Chains.​

Lol Mind Transfer+Suicide=Dead Karin. She'd have to be careful setting it up though since an evasion=Karin killing her due to Ino being left defenseless. If Karin had her chains she'd rape.

Both are sensors but ino spears to be smarter and strategic, low diff via mind transfer set kunai on ground facing upwards, dead fall falling forward with head first onto the kunai, last second ditch for instant KO. Literally many other ways to kill her but that was the simplest version.

AO had the BYakugan and was a Skilled Joinin ninja who had reflexes and abilities to aid, Karin isn't a ninja in any sense. She dies via no reflexes, speed, skills, etc. Simply outclassed in every regard.

What is the relevance of the byakugan to the predicament he was in? His hands were tied as well.
