Mind's Eye seems to be faster and don't require that much "attention". I mean Karin usually leaves it activated and doesn't seem it's tireing her out.

Byakugan seems to be slower, but not only shows the location, but also shows what the target is doing.

I don't remember she could "see" them, but even if she did only after she was shown who is Danzou... if I remember correctly she only detected strong chakras.
