I think that if Hidan gets a drop of her blood, she can get her chains to work on him while he's doing his ritual. She can take some serious damage with her self healing, and while he's in his ritual circle, he's a sitting duck. If she gets the chains on him and then Rios him out of the circle, she's pretty much won.
