Jiraiya's Katon is more powerful than Kakuzu's. I'm not saying a single Katon would KO Tsunade, but tanking multiple from them, is not healthy, lol. And Kakuzu's case is different. His hearts have no speed feats, Tsunade or even Katsuyu can destroy them.

J man's Katon is is not greater then Kakuzu's. J man with a support of his arsenal would be greater by the boost but that can be argue with Kakuzu also infusing to boost his Katon. So I don't see a different case. That is also unreasonable to make a claim that his hearts have no speed feats when one already caught Kakashi by surprise. Also in the war arc when they scattered. That differently shows that they are flexible and agile. Katsuya will do crap
