Danzō is a far superior character, is far more interesting, is far more important, is far more powerful, has a far better appearance, has far better dialogue, Danzō is better than Karin in every way. Karin's character can be summed up by "p*ssy for brains". That is her character.

Her existence is ****ing pathetic, she lives for **** to the point she's okay with being abused, double crossed, and stabbed. Not to mention her sexual predator outbursts of nearly molesting Sasuke. And those bite marks... Yikes. Supporting a character like that effectively sets back equal rights 100+ years, if you care about that kind of shit.

At least Danzō was devoted to something more than his genitals. Wonder if he ever procreated though.

I think you're lying. But anyways, Danzo doesn't get nearly as much hate that Karin and Sakura do.

And if you don't know what i'm talking about, please read the post above. Even though Karin doesn't get as much hate as Sakura, she gets the most mean and disgusting one.

I loved Danzou. His character, his motivations, his abilities - he was broken without being TOO broken (ala current Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi, Madara, almost any revived character during the war arc, etc.) and I enjoyed his presence. He was very much the dark side of Konoha and the true face of the Shinobi System. People like Hiruzen motivate and lead and protect the people, but it's the people like Danzou who make sure that their world keeps spinning. He was the necessary evil of a flawed world which I would assume is about to be un-flawed by Naruto and Sasuke.

Just think of Danzou and Root as the CIA and Black Ops. They do the dirty work and under-the-table dealings that nobody else will - or even really should - to maintain the status quo, regardless of ethics and cost. Do I agree with him? Nah. Can I appreciate him anyway? Hell yes. He was fun and I wish we could've had more of him and his politics in the manga, maybe actually had him serve as Hokage for a bit.

Karin, on the other hand, is yet another example of wasted potential and probably Kishimoto's worst female character to date. She's pretty much caught in the infinite loop of an abusive relationship (and a one-sided one, at that) and she doesn't give a shit. That unsettles me greatly. She has 0 character outside of her obsession for Sasuke, even when he literally tried to kill her and pierced her heart with Chidori. You'd think somebody would change gears after an event like that, but nope.

The Uzumaki lineage thing was neat but nothing was ever done with it outside of Kushina's chains in that one, yet again, comical and Sasuke-oriented instance. I feel like she's only an Uzumaki so that Kishimoto can give us an Uchiha/Uzumaki pairing for the clearly, unequivocally heterosexual Sasuke. Because obviously that is what he is. Mhm. No doubt about it. Yeah.

Anyway, yeah, Karin is pretty bad. Is she the worst? No, that title belongs to somebody else, but she's... she's probably in the Top 3. Bottom 3? She's one of the 3 worst, whatever.

I guess Naruto shouldn't forgive Sasuke either. Or even Orochimaru.

Nobody should forgive Sasuke. Are they all going to anyway? Absolutely. But they shouldn't. He's clearly mentally unstable and should have to answer for his crimes, but he won't.

Karin had potential, being an Uzumaki and close to Orochimaru's experiements, but she just turned into comedic relief. Then it got sad once she was hounding for some Uchiha baby batter after getting skewered like a pig by said Uchiha.

Whether or not you respect Danzo goals, there's no denying he has far more depth and clout than Karin. Interesting poll results, though.
