Sakura is hated more, Shes the main character (more people will jude her), she also represent the weakness, selfishness and patheticness(not saying that she's entirely bad tho)

Karin on the other hand, has little to no screen time, it's really hard to jude her actions, also karin knew tge outcome of helping sasuke and decided to help him regardless, she actually took responsibility but sakura on the other hand didn't know what to do she couldn't decide whether to fully support sasuke or treat him as criminal and protect konoha


At least that's my opinion

It only makes sense to apportion your like/dislike of a character to standard expectations. Sakura is a main character, Karin and Hinato are side fodder, that is the difference -yet despite that, she is no less shallow of a character than either. That is why Sakura objectively is the worst of all the female characters in the manga (and among the all time worst in all manga).
