is always a fairly reliable source of information as it's made and checked by die hard's who want to show they know it all about Naruto but what I was curious about was, on here it says Karin has Suiton and Doton. When or where was this shown I can't recall her doing any chakra nature jutsu.

Other characters have Nature transformations such as Sakura : Earth and Water

Interesting, I know most all of the Shinobi Alliance learned a Doton skill during the war but this caught me of guard, maybe Kishi has some plans in store for the Last(though I doubt Taka will really get much if any screentime in that movie) Maybe Kirin hooked upwith Suigetsu after Sasuke left and he taught her water gun pistol (Insert dirty innuendo here) we all know there really was a grain of love between those two.

When have you ever heard of a naruto character having the nature but not being able to do a justu using it besides Naruto himself and Fuuton?

The natures given in the new databook are potential natures. That means Sakura could master both Suiton and Doton if she put in the effort at that level. It does not mean she has.
