I believe she has either had training from isshin or uraharra. The odd ball trainer and unlikely one may be Ryuken ishida.
I say Ryuken because of a couple manga pages but it could also be because of Karin's shinigami reiatsu.

Check these pages and let me know what you think Karin will have? Will she have her shinigami power's thanks to isshin and uraharra? Or will Karin have her Quincy power's thanks to Ryuken ishida.

We don't yet know which side Ryuken and uryuu are on yet as well so take that into consideration before making your decision.

Also this page leaves us wondering about the ishida's.

IMO the ishida's have been purposely hiding there power but I don't believe they are working with juha Bach.

Well if Karin did get actual training from them then i think she has Quincy powers.

And i think that Ishida has been hiding his powers, at least lately.

Yeah I lean more towards Karin having Quincy powers first.

No I think if anything Karin would gain her Shinigami powers first since she hasn't been shown to be in the position where she would absorb Quincy Reiatsu which would unlock her Quincky blood from the root, however I also don't think she's gained Shinigami powers yet either...but I think she will eventually.

Yes but the two reason's that ichigo had gained his shinigami power's were because of Rukia, and also because of uraharra's crazy training. How else does a human become a shinigami then.

Which is also why I leaned towards Quincy powers because of the fact that isshin and Ryuken know each other more than what was told.
And the fact of what juha said about needing real powerful Quincy power's to pull out dormant Quincy powers. Which is why I put the kirge pics up about him saying uryuu was stronger. Which in all likely would mean that Ryuken is way powerful and strong to find Karin's dormant power's. Also if Masaki is ryuken's sister this would be reason for Ryuken to train Karin.

I think the reason uryuu is not as strong as he should be is becuz he got rid of the glove he first had fighting that one captian from the 13th squad or was it the 12th?.As for his sister she will be something speacial she might end up using getsuga tensho her self

I think she gets her Shinigami powers first.
Her powers at the moment are probably in the same status as Ichigos were at the beginning of the series. (Which is supported by the comment of Ichigo on the manga page you showed).

Maybe the Shinigmai powers will be activated in a severe situation when she and her sis get attacked. Could be the case that Toshiro is involved because he seems to be the person of Soul Society she will trust.

Considering her personality and what she experienced so far I think Karin will refuse the whole Shinigami fighting thing at first. But then she will be persuaded as she sees the others need her help.
That is also why I don’t think Urahara or Isshin trained her so far secretly.

And for Ryuuken:
I simply can’t picture Ryuuken secretely training her or somebody else except his son. I don’t think it is his style.

I think he is more the type who will just withdraw and keep quiet about it.

He did’nt probably tell his son about it as Isshin didn’t tell Ichigo either.

I am wondering if Bach is not starting to make Uryuu one of his people.

Funny to see this thread pop up, I've been rewatching the Bleach anime and just last night came up with a theory that Karin will or has trained as a Quincy, in secret. She's really smart and pays attention, but also secretive. I think it's not unlikely that she actually figured out Masaki and Isshin are "different", then probably approached Urahara and asked questions. Basically from there it would lead to Urahara putting her in touch with someone like Ryuuken, etc etc.

I don't really like the idea of her being a Shinigami and it would be an interesting twist for her to have some kind of Quincy ability.
