I'd still say kabuto wins.

Restricting Manda II was a slight nerf to kabtuo's strength but he still has Taka/Sound 5/Dsm/Self healing/Medical ninjutsu and other hax stuff.

Oro being the sneaky fucker that he is, I wouldn't be surprised if he has something to change the tide of the battle.

We must not be reading the same manga cause I remember them fodderizing Spiral Zetsu. Something the 5 kage couldn't do.

They did defeat him, the only reason they ran away was to hurry and get to Sasuke. If they wanted to they could've easily killed him after Orochimaru bit him.

Exactly, that was their goal. Just because they didn't kill him doesn't mean he beat them. They were the ones who were able to run while he was the one lying down paralyzed, that's a win for them.

I never said he beat them either. He countered a survived all of their techniques but they ran way before a full fight could occur.

They escaped due to the fact they had to save Sasuke, you act like they intended to kill him, they wanted to stall to get away. Not to mention the CM naturally receded just like it normally does, he didn't even get back up. He's in Orochimaru's possession if the CM is anything like the S4's.

People are forgetting Orochimaru has ALL of Kabuto's knowledge plus more, Orochimaru could most definitely find away around his attacks and counter.
