No,its not true but i think it would have been an excelent plot twist.Personally i always hoped it happened.
Imagined it like this: Kushina had a twin pregnancy but she didnt told Minato for some reason and when Minato was away fighting Kurama,Kushina gave birth to her but never had the chance to tell Minato because of the fight
I base this in these points:
Karin has the same jutsu as Kushina
She,s Uzumaki and kishi never showed any relatives of her
She kinda looks like Kushina
Her personality has some traits of Kushinas personalitty
I know its a little weird or far fetched bit makin Karin;Narutos sister would have been a good plot twist in tje story
I wanna know your oppinion and what you think
