You can see that apparently Karin was "born", assumingly in the lab. Now we know that she might of been created by Orochimaru, probably with Kushina cells.

Next, we know that Shin was apparently created by Orochimaru too, and Karin might of been made the same way.

So is it not possible that Karin could be made this way too? And if she really is the mother of Sarada, then she would be a hybrid of Sasuke + whatever Shin is.

Karin was found by Orochimaru in Kusagakure after it had been destroyed by another village. She survived because of her unique sensory abilitites. She was found by Orochimaru, not made by him.
