She is not kage level. Tsunade's healing jutsu is more reliable as well, karin has to bite everytime and faster ninja can end her before she can do that. She doesn't have much skills to rely on in general.

She's hopped on the ladder but she's not kage level for many reasons. She can capture bijuus so that's nice and all and fight.

Its not like she completely shattered the Buddah statue, she merely destroyed its arms, without her team bailing her out, Spiral would have ended her no diff.
Just because she has the chains Dosen't garauntee she can hold down something as powerful as the bijuu, she has to be strong enough to do so.
She is very slow, has no taijutsu feat, she is kinda smart, but naive, and lets her emotions cloud her judgement (getting stabbed by SZ)
She has displayed her usefulness as a support, jounin level, but um, to say she is Kage? I never thought I'd have to say this but...You are Overrrating Karin too much. smh.

Part1 Kabuto was elite jounin level ( slightly weaker than Hiruzen ) and he barely defeated a Tsunade who was holding back her full power.

I could say tsunade is weak because she has no genjutsu or ninjutsu feats but the excuse for her is "because she's a medic" Karin is a medic and has feats similar to tsunade.

Thanks for admitting her healing is better. Karin is not on her level being classed a kage/jounin or any other rank depends on your overall skill as a ninja and your different abilities as such. Karin is currently lacking in the aspects. Sorry kid.
