Maybe just maybe.... Karin did die giving birth to Sarada... and Saruka just raised the kid as their own... In memory of their friend.... as far as the actual father... their is another person. Suigetsu..... Not to hard to believe that polar opposites attract(karin/suig) ... Just a theory.. no proof.. just a thought.

Karin is a pure Uzumaki, if Kushina didnt die from a Kurama extraction and childbirth, i dont see a reason for Karin to die of something like that.
Anyone one could die from childbirth.... and it isnt hard to imagine that if suigetsu was the father... he would try to save his kid and wife somehow...and in the process he died as well. ...this is possible cause we aleady see Orocharmu. Orderhim to pull Tsunade back together.... just thoughts.

Suigetsu as the father would make no sense. Karin has red hair, Suigetsu has white hair. The chances that a child of these two individuals not having one of their hair colors is highly unlikely. As far as who Sarada's mother is I'm not going to speculate; I'll wait for the manga facts.

Or maybe she died from an actual fight instead. She can tank Amaterasu, Chidor and Mokuton spears I don't see how child birth will kill her

I like the idea of Karin somehow steal Sarada from Sakura's womb, and implanting her inside of herself.
Then Sarada punches her way out of Karin, And Sasuke kills her.
Then Sarada punches her way out of Karin, And Sasuke kills her.
1. Karin isn't likely to have died during childbirth unless is was exceptional circumstances i.e she was outright murdered. Uzumaki genetics demand that she have the survivability of a cockroach.
2. Raised the kid as "their own... in memory of their friend". That makes no sense because a) Sakura isn't friends with either of them, b) Sasuke has been gone for ten years and Sarada has never met him, c) why lie about her origin?
The above is not something Sasuke would do. Nor do I think anyone would really let that fly, passing off a kid as something she's not - not when it matters, which is does when you giving it the Uchiha name.
It's not something Sakura would do either especially if the kid isn't Sasuke's, she wouldn't have raised a child biologically unrelated to Sasuke, why? Because she's a selfish ****, that's why.
3. Whether or not the pairing of Karin/Suigetsu is likely or not - I don't care. That kid is not their's - it can't possibly be likely that Kishi would draw the child of them as having black eyes and hair, with pale skin and a dinstinct resemblence to the Uchiha.
... that shit does not fly.
What is more likely?
- She's a product of Orochimaru's experimentation; with or without Karin being accomplice.
- Karin raped Sasuke.
- Sasuke knocked up Karin who was a) very willing and b) genetically superior to Sakura.

If you wanna grasp at straws, I could also say that in the bottom comparison, while Sakura has her mouth closed, Sarada has a small parting of her lips and the bottom of her eyes are straight while Sakura's are curved downwards.
Good point about hair color.....Not great...cause sasuke hair is black and sakura is pink??? I Dont think you can predict what color black and pink would make....??? I agree with you though... I cant wait to see who the parents are..... If it is sasuke and sakura... disappointing on some levels..... He leaves his kid for years .... after all that has happened to his family.... alot has to be explained

No one with Uzumaki "life force", Heal Bite, longevity blah-blah-blah-blah would die of something like childbirth. I ain't seeing that happening.
Sure, she can die and no it doesn't need to be on the same epic grand scale as Kushina's death - but it does require something a bit more than just "died giving birth". That alone isn't going to cut it.
