Well, I feel that Karin is slightly underestimated here.
It's not like she can't hold on her own... Not to mention that she can be very much of help to Sakura telling her the location of the second team, as she did countless times for Taka.
And Shizune's poison gas can be countered with a mere tagged kunai. Sakura did this before.

Have to think at the other things though... Second team seems to be at advantage.

karin cant fight and her healing is useless since sakura is a healer and better one but karin could hide and hide her chakra with her which make hinata doesnt see her


and the rest is for sakura i think sakura > hinata


but adding chizune will make it harder since she can fight and heal so i choose team 2
