Kara plan is to turn everyone into mindless robots/cyborgs.
Ao is mostly machine and a lunatic at this point. But i believe he was mever like that until he turned into a KUMA goverment slave. He sold his soul in order to become a ninja agian.
Kara and weathly players who had collect money for years. Long enough to buy a country. Kara even tho they could buyout a country they spent that money on science.
With that money they had a vessel created. A vessel for what? Human souls. The new ninja tools are usually powerd by charka or life force. What if you can put ones life force into a obedient mindless amd emotionless vessel that can power its self with life force , one that was controlled by one man and maybe some of the other members. Literally one robot is practically a pain in itself.
I believe kawakii is yhe prototype of the vessel. One that was defective with artificial emotion, having to be the outcast of his other robot brotheren. He sold his soul or got the new patch note codes to make him the perfect cyborg.
Naruto is probably the core or heart of these robot-pains and is keeped at evil HQ. Sasuke died in battle trying to rescue the 7th hokage then sacrificed himself to save team 7 or rather took his own life than becoming a battery like naruto.
Robots that are way better than zetsus in strength and abilities. An army strong enough to destroy the shinobi world.
