Already shinobis that are cool with their respected villages that are playing as double agents themselves already. kashinkoji even volunteered to investigate the disappearance/ recover of the vessel because it was within his jurisdiction could this mean hes a ninja of the leaf?
next chapter he might not even get to see a fight with konohamaru or rather we get to see a new police organization the 7th has created or just in general a new line or force that the government as has implemented in order to carry out investigation and order of law in the village/s.
even kashinkoji fire tech is known as flame truth. hes probably a hardcore justice fanatic.
