OMG, so Oro kidnaps people from different clans and villages all day long, but cannot kidnap a hyuuga clan member?
Tell me who could've stopped him from doing so at the time? Hiruzen? Or the head of the clan who can't do anything to Oro?
He wasn't interested when he was in the village.
Didn't even try to kidnap one during his invasion on Konoha.
He didn't even bother to do it in Part 2.
And now in Boruto, he's still not interested at all on the clan.

7) Remained hidden from 2 nations constantly looking for him while having 100s of labs and conducting 1000s of experiments
