Background Info
Born in the rain on a cold January day in the hidden village of the rain. His parents were on the run from the Anbu sent out from the rain. His daddy was part of the Anbu and refused to go along with their attempts to start another war. So he was consider weak ANBU even though he was once the leader of the ANBU of the rain. His mother was drunkard but she was the grandaughter of the Federal lord Kimasha who he refused to be seen with because of her problem. Anyways they were running and the Anbu were getting close they were on their way the country of snow. Until he was dropped of into the snow to be hidden from the ANBu with a paper bomb stuck to his toes just incase they were going to get him before his parents came back to get him out of hidding. If they coudn't have their son no one was. Then Orochimaru was watching from a distance and ask Kaos if he wanted to join. Kaos was just a baby so Orochimaru just pick him up and put him into his snake bookbag and walked away with this playing in the background.
As a child: He befriend Kimimaro and praticed killing tech and upgrades. He killed his first ninja at the age of five while counting snakes with Orochimaru outside of the hidden leaf village next to a pond.
As a teen: He was heard of slaughtering 500 ninjas in a all out combat around ocean next to the land of water killing those who detest him the power of waves and water.
He killed six powerul villians and good guys with tear drops around the outskirts of his eyes with each defeat. His eyes glow from the pleasure he gets and then shoots a beam of light into the air as a display of fireworks.
Little past his teen until now
He is in the bingo books for every hidden village
He is paid by a corrupted federal lord which is said to be his grandmotheor great grandmother to run missions. His dog soap killed 500 people when activated and he killed over 8,000 and beyond.
He will kill for money but why when he can steal it when he wants he is close to kage level. He is S level

He forms of water and watches people from a distant. He controls tons of water up to 500,000 tons full and still growing.

His is metal bald and have two red growing eyes which turns purple with anger, pink with love, and yellow with confusion and green for friendship. He has three tear drops on both sides on how many extreme strong people he killed in the past.
