Kankuro Sig request

I was wondering if someone would be able to make me a custom sig as I dont have the software to . the detail are as follows

Render/Stock:
Sig:

You must be registered for see images

Size: Medium
Text: Kankuro - Suprise Attack Division Captain
Text 2: Master of Puppets
Effects or color scheme: Maybe some kind of sand effect or ur choice
Other details:
Could kankuro be within and bulging of the frame.. I think its called offset not sure
