Note: Some people will say Kaname with ease because Grimmjow "beat" Quilge in one shot and Kaname >> Grimmjow, but a lot of factors went into that, like with Shuhei and Kaname.

Kaname needs to be a bug otherwise he can't cut through Kirge's Blut Vene.

It could go either way. Kirge must use Sklavarei since his quincy arrows don't have much attack feats, and won't be able to overcome Tousen's high-speed regeneration. But I'm not sure if he's willing to further corrupt his essence with Hollow reiryoku even further. On the other way, Tousen would almost certainly one-shot Kirge like how he obliterated Komamura's Bankai.

Given how post-timeskip Grimmjow did that, who can fight on the same level as current Shikai Ichigo, that's not happening.
