I've seen here a lot of people saying that obito is haxx because of kamui, this is partly true because well kamui is haxx with kamui snipe, the abiliy to magnify techniques like katon and intangibility, some say that mainly obito is haxx because of his intangibility but here is a tricky part.
When obito wants to attack he has to deactivate intangibility, obito cannot attack while facing through an opponent, so if he is facing a fast opponent, he has to outspeed the opponent because if he materializes in the wrong moment he get the attack of the opponent, so for obito to be able to use his haxx ability of intangibility he has to be either as fast or faster than his opponent if he wants to counter whie using intangibility. So now we established obito is equally fast or faster than his opponents, the reason why he doesnt move as much as his opponents is because he doesnt have to, he prefers to keep his physical energy instead of moving around and attack in the precise moment which requires speed.
