I don't know why people assume that senju DNA can miraculous cancel the blind effect of MS, or that two eyes that have been separated for this long have some kind of connection.
Kakashi hasn't really used kamui so many times to go blind.I don't know about Obito...

no kakashi used kamui about 16 times and he has never suffered from his eye
but sasuke used 2 amatrasu(on bee and obito)and 1 tuskiymiu and he started suffering from his eye sight see manga
kakahsi is surly doesn't lose the light by somehow
