No.... Kakashi activated it by his own means...
They're by no means connected. If Obito was the reason why Kakashi's Mangekyou activated, I doubt Kakashi would even know that he had it.

Kakashi does have powerful feelings of pain and guilt that more than likely was the cause of his Mangekyou activating.
