Is kamui fast enough to beat minato? He's already proven that he is fast enough to teleport mid warp. The question is can kamui really beat minato's reflexes. I just do not believe that it can take him down.

Pretty Much. Minato knows how Kamui works I highly doubt he gets caught with that trick after making it look fodder like compared to his FTG

17 years of experience doesn't make Kamui any faster. The first time Obito had the element of surprise- a huge advantage , and Minato still dodged it. Obito isn't warping a Minato prepared for Kamui period.

Any technique can get faster and better with practice. Kakashi took like 5 panels to warp Deidara's arm, next thing you know it's the War arc and he's warping faster than a Sharingan can track.

The element of surprise is a weak argument used when you know there is no other way out. Obito gloated and Minato barely escaped. He stated he would just do it faster next time. Minato stated if he was touched again he would lose. These are unbiased facts.
