Kamui can be spammed, whereas KA seems to have quite a significant delay before it can be used again. KA is more powerful, but Kamui is more useful overall.

Kamui. KA has a 10 year cooldown time, so you would never use it, and regret not using it. Waiting for the right time.

Kamui is the best power to have in real life and in NV. Koto can one shot too and make the most powerful person ever your ***** but then u have to wait 10 years to do it again. Kamui has more possibilities plus u are invincible to just about anything. U need no allies with kamui U_U. Authority of the Gods all day

I'll take the Kamui please. You can use it for attack and defense. Ripping things apart and teleporting is much too cool versus mind-control
