Easily , Raiton BLitz wins..
-On a side note , if Amaterasu does in fact spawn on the target then shouldn't it had simply fell after Aye dodged it rather than it being propelled all the way to Random Samurai Guy in the back??

I thought the samething as well when posting the gif. I have no idea, my best guess is that unlike kamui, tangible spawns has to ignite where sasuke's eye is focused on like C said in the manga. but yeah, it does look like it's physically moving from point A to B.

Yep and if it had touched Aye then it would've blasted him backwards as apposed to simply igniting him , my guess is that the flames are similar to Boruto's invisible rasengan in that its traveling from watever dimension it came from , then spawns into the normal world moving at the same speed.
The ugliest thing i'v ever seen..

Unsure why you would restrict Chakra enhancements, when the speed of wrap is Kakashi's natural development. Chakra enhancements just increased his usage and size. Moving on...Since the arrow is Sasuke's fastest attack which Kakashi wrapped at close-range, he snipes Ay.
Ay already got out of MS's line of sight. Kakashi can't track Ay's speed ---> Kakashi can't snipe. Simple.
Ay stomps Kakashi since Kakashi's master jutsu is dodged, and from there, Kakashi's moveset can't do anything to Ay.
EDIT: Kakashi can win. But most of the times it would be Ay shitblitzing him.

Kamui snipes him. Ei prepped his body just to dodge Amaterasu he isn't dodging kamui. Yes ik they both spawn on an opponent but Kamui have shown to take away the target(ed) spot instantly. Amaterasu still almost landing on Ei.(

). If this had been Kamui he would have already lost a shoulder. Not to mention Kakashi could make clones and scatter out so Ei wouldn't even know where to run to evade Kamui with the clones being scattered around the battlefield. Also he Absolutely needs to be in V2 before he can try to blitz Kakashi.No it wouldn't Ei absolutely must be in v2 to attempt to blitz Kakashi. He isn't dodging Kamui snipe unless he's prepped his shunshin and even then he still would lose a shoulder.
