Its like saying you got some disease from a dude in the fight.. later on in 1 a day or 2 you happen to die and then are you gonna claim the dude killed you? when you were completly annihialating him before he ran away? or are you gonna saythe disease killed you?

Its not the most honorable victory but yes, if you where lossing but ended up scrapping the enemy with a poisoned item. If it is your action that caused him to die several days later you won.

High level fights in Naruto dont have any kind of rules or referees you so desperately are trying to enforce

Akastuki vs konoha ninjas?
Sasuke vs itachi?
Pein vs Jiraiya?

Where there rules and referees that decided the fight that this ninja cant use summon or cant use that technique or cant move out of this area?

Kakashi can escape out of kamui dimension so obito had to use alternative method to try and kill because absorbing him wont work

If obito absorbs tsunade he can just go on a vacation while tsunade dies a slow and painful death from starvation

It is still a victory, just a boring one, I guess. Besides, Obito has showen that he put people to Kamuiland so he could deal with them later in some way; when he wants to kill he just goes ahead and does so, so it's not like he removes the problem just because he doesn't want to fight - in such cases he would just Kamui himself away.

Ok I usually see people talking about Obito can Kamui so and so and then win. However, the only version of Kamui that allows obito to win in a fight is the one that Kakashi has.

So with just his normal kamui, even if he were to transport someone to the other dimension.. he really doesn't win the fight at all.

Its like Minato taking you to top of the mountain and then coming back down and saying he won. Even though he simply avoided the fight.

SO, IMO teleporting someone into a different place =/= Winning. Especially when the goal of the fight is to kill/ defeat your opponent.

Also, when obito teleports someone to his dimension.. doesn't that just mean he can't use the kamui again?

Kamui is unique form of BFR unlike FTG base BFR

Where FTG base BFR is just sent you at some weird/no access places but still in the same world/plain of existent that is physical world

Kamui technically send you to unreality or non physical world connection. The places(Kamui land) Is niche only to Kamui technique only and can only being access by Kamui, you can't find Kamui land anywhere on earth or universe. It personal to the user only

It same as BFR to oblivion/unreality where someone will cease to exist just a different that Kamui not make victim vanished altogether just trapped the victim for eternity.

And It equate to victory if Obito use it to someone.
