Kamui-The best MS ability ever

I think amaterasu is.
U can ignite at sight any freaking think you wish and few people out of million may survive it.
Given sharingan superior vision and zoom abilities you can snipe people with it.

Kamui on the other hand is OP as well and is a counter to amaterasu, but the victory depends on timing here.
Overall sure kamui is more reliable.
